Our mission is to bridge the gap between parents and schools by providing an accurate, easy-to-use directory, free from the clutter of intrusive advertising, lead brokers, or unsolicited telemarketing. We are committed to the protection of your personal information, operating on a foundation of trust to ensure your search for education remains your own.
Our “Zero-Tracking” Policy
We are a privacy-first platform. Unlike most websites, PvtSchools does not collect, store, or process any usage data.
No Analytics: We do not use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other trackers to monitor your visits, IP addresses, browsing patterns, or device information.
No Cookies: We do not drop cookies on your device to track your behavior across the web.

School Listings & Data
We maintain a directory of schools to help parents and students make informed educational choices.
Data Source: Information regarding schools (such as name, address, and facilities) is compiled from publicly accessible sources and official school websites.
Right to Removal: We respect the autonomy of educational institutions. If an authorized representative of a school wishes to have their listing modified, updated, or removed from our directory, they may contact us at support@pvtedunetwork.com. We will verify the request and process it promptly.
Our “No-Broker” Promise
We operate on a direct-connection model.
We do not sell your data: Schools pay us a service fee to receive inquiries from parents who explicitly choose to connect with them. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies, lead brokers, or advertising agencies.
Limited Distribution: Your contact information is shared only with the specific school(s) you have selected in your enquiry.
No Unsolicited Contact: We do not use your information to send you marketing newsletters, promotional offers, or spam.
Data Retention and Security
Retention: We retain your enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to complete your request and track the status of your enquiry. Once an enquiry is resolved or no longer active, we purge the data from our systems.
Security: We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect the data you provide. We treat your information as confidential, ensuring that it is accessible only to the relevant school administrators and our internal team for support purposes.
Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have full control over the information you submit:
Right to Access: You have the right to know what information we hold about your specific enquiry.
Right to Correction: If you believe your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may contact us to have it corrected.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your data at any time. Simply email support@pvtedunetwork.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent.” We will stop processing your data and erase your records from our system promptly.
Grievance Redressal
We take your privacy seriously. If you have any concerns about how your data is handled:
Grievance Officer: You may contact our designated Grievance Officer regarding any data-related concerns at support@pvtedunetwork.com. We are committed to responding to and resolving all data-related concerns within 30 days.
Data Protection Board: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your data has been handled in violation of the DPDP Act. We encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer first so we can resolve any issues directly.
